Cursa de la Cervesa

La Cursa de la Cervesa is a 10-kilometre event with start and finish at the Companyia Cervesera del Montseny, in Sant Miquel de Balenyà. The route is circular, with a gentle elevation gain of around 100 metres, and it runs through areas of the Pre Natural Park of Montseny, so it combines stretches of natural surroundings with an accessible profile for runners of different levels. The event is held with timekeeping, refreshment stations along the route and a maximum of 2 hours to complete the distance. The race awards prizes to the top three finishers, male and female, and it has a popular event atmosphere, with botifarra and assistance service at the finish. It has a limit of 1,300 participants and a start time scheduled for 10:00.
