Cursa del Roc Gros

La Cursa del Roc Gros celebrates its 14th edition on 22 March 2026 in Els Hostalets de Balenyà, with start and finish in Plaça Josep Espona. The event offers two trail routes, 12 and 21 km, designed for runners looking for a varied challenge in the mountainous area of Osona, with runnable sections, demanding climbs and technical descents. The shorter route totals 450 metres of elevation gain, while the 21 km route reaches 1,000 metres, with sufficient refreshment stations to take on an intense day. In addition, the race is eligible for the Copa Osoning and forms part of the Campionat de Catalunya de trail in the absolute, under-23 and Copa Màster Trail categories, which reinforces its competitive character and its local atmosphere in the mountains.
