Medio Kilómetro Vertical Garachico

The Medio Kilómetro Vertical Garachico is a vertical race organised by the Sports Department of the Town Council of the Villa and Puerto de Garachico, with the collaboration of Gesport Canarias. The 2026 edition will take place on 10 October and will start at 20:00 from the Glorieta de San Francisco, opposite the Town Council, in the built-up area of Garachico. The event proposes an approximate route of 3 kilometres uphill towards San Juan del Reparo. The results and timing cover only the uphill section; the descent is outside the sporting programme. Registration costs 15 euros and includes, among other services, civil liability and accident insurance, the event T-shirt, a race number and results.
