Montsec Ultra Trail

La Montsec Ultra Trail se celebra en Àger y propone un fin de semana de carreras de montaña por los caminos y senderos de media y alta montaña del Montsec. La prueba principal afronta 92 km y 6.739 m of elevation gain, with a night-time start from Guardia de Noguera and arrival in the La Terrassa area, in Àger. It is a very tough, technical and demanding route, with steep climbs and descents, designed for runners with experience and good physical preparation. The organisers look after both safety and the local atmosphere of the race, with medical service at the finish, refreshment stations and a marked finish with time limits and checkpoint controls. All finishers receive a medal and a diploma, and the event also stands out for its exceptional views and landscapes in a very characteristic mountain setting.
