Sorginen Lasterketa

The 19th Sorginen Lasterketa will take place on 4 October 2026 in Atxondo, with the start and finish in the square of the Axpe neighbourhood. It is a mountain race organised in and around the Natural Park of Urkiola, in a landscape representative of the mountains of the Atlantic area. The day features two competitive trail routes, and both count towards the Durangaldea Kopa Trail. The long route totals 21 km and 1,750 m of elevation gain, reaches the summit of Anboto, and has a start at 9:30. The short route, starting at 10:00 from the same point, has 11.7 km and 890 m of elevation gain and reaches Larrano. Entries are processed until 6 September 2026; the regulations set 30 € for non-federated runners on the long route and 20 € on the short route.
