Tap Trail

La Tap Trail celebrates its 7th edition as a mountain event with start and finish in front of the Aminda Valls sports hall, in the sports area of Cassà de la Selva. The event offers routes through paths and natural surroundings in the area, with a combination of popular distances and trail distances that characterise this event. The day brings together competitive formats and a non-competitive walk, in a proposal designed for those looking for a nearby, varied trail with local atmosphere. The organisers plan children’s races for boys and girls aged 4 to 10, as well as three timed events and two untimed formats. In this edition, refreshment stations and maximum passing times are included for each distance, and the walk shares the 12 km route. It is also stated that there may be changes to the timetable due to organisational needs and road closures, so it is advisable to check the official instructions before setting off.
