Trail Costa Ártabra

The Trail Costa Ártabra will celebrate its 5th edition on 13 September 2026 in Narón, organised by the Asociación Deportiva Cultural Bombeiros Narón and the Town Council. The start and finish will be located in the area around the AVV Os Irmandiños, in O Val. The programme brings together two mountain races, Trail Largo and Trail Corto, along with two non-competitive walk proposals in the municipality of A Coruña. The event proposes a Trail Largo of 27 km and 1,500 m of elevation gain, as well as a Trail Corto of 14 km and 700 m of elevation gain. The routes run through natural spaces in the O Val area, with references such as Pena Lopesa, Pena Molexa, the cliffs and the beaches of Lopesa, Hortiña and Casal. The organisers present the two trail distances as UTMB Index events.
