Trail Terras do Mandeo

The Trail Terras do Mandeo will celebrate its 12th edition on 27 September 2026 in Betanzos. The start and finish will be located in Plaza de Constitución. Club Mandeo Aventura is organising the event with the collaboration of the Town Councils of Betanzos, Coirós and Paderne. The route runs mainly over woodland terrain, although it includes the first and last 1,000 metres and some paved links. The adult programme features a Long Trail of 21 km and 1,000 m of elevation gain, a Short Trail of 14 km and 570 m, and a 14 km walk with 500 m of elevation gain. The long course will start at 10:00, while the short course and the walk will start at 10:30. Entries close on 17 September 2026 or once the available places are filled.
