Brama Stage Run

Brama Stage Run is a 3-day stage race based in Ribes de Freser, in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees. The 2026 edition will take place from 16 to 18 October and offers a trail running experience designed both for those starting out in this format and for runners with more endurance, with three disciplines and demanding but highly varied mountain routes. The course runs through highly representative areas of the surrounding landscape: the Serra Cavallera, the sanctuary of Núria and the Natural Park of the headwaters of the Ter and the Freser, as well as the Serra de Montgrony, with ascents such as Taga, Costa Pubilla and the Covil. Each day adds elevation gain and mountain trail terrain, in an adventure atmosphere that combines competition, scenery and the camaraderie typical of a stage race.
