The XXXV Cursa d’Estiu and V Trail d’Estiu de Bagà celebrates a new edition in the heart of Berguedà, with the start from the town centre and routes that combine streets, tracks and mountain sections to places such as the Via del Nicolau, Roca Tiraval, Coll d’Escriga and Sant Joan de l’Avellanet. The event stands out for its close local atmosphere, the popular character of the short race and the more demanding profile of the trail, all in a natural setting closely linked to Bagà’s running tradition. The organisers provide bib collection at the Casal de la Vila, showers after arrival and a final botifarrada for all participants. The 12 km race includes refreshments halfway along the route, while the 17 km trail adds liquid and solid points on the course; in both formats it is compulsory to bring your own cup or water bottle. Children’s races XS are also held, and gifts, diplomas and trophies are awarded by category.
