Trail Fonts del Montseny

Trail Fonts del Montseny is held in Viladrau, in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, with starts and finishes at the Plaça Major. The event marks its 10th edition and brings together several mountain routes for different levels, from short options to a more demanding main course. The setting combines paths, corriols, beech forests, chestnut trees, holm oaks and pines, with a proposal closely linked to the local landscape and the character of the area. The organisers highlight varied terrain, with sections of track, stone, mud and crossings over streams, as well as climbs that add a technical point to the route. It also forms part of a project to improve and conserve the park, which reinforces its link with the land. It is a date designed to enjoy trail running in a well-kept natural setting with local atmosphere from a mountain town.
