The Paleotrail Loarre is a mountain race held in Loarre that combines sport, scientific outreach and heritage from the Sierra de Loarre. The project is driven by the Paleontological Laboratory of Loarre together with Peña Guara and the Town Council; its route is inspired by the training during which dinosaur eggs were discovered in 2019 and it passes by sites linked to those nests. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Saturday 14 November. Its adult competitive offering brings together Trepadinos, 13 km, and Quebrantahuevos, 21 km. The routes run along tracks, paths and technical sections of the range; the longer route reaches the high points of the surrounding area and links the event with points of interest such as the Castillo de Loarre.
