CxM Nico Molina - Sierra de Dúrcal

The 13th CxM Nico Molina - Sierra de Dúrcal will take place on 15 November 2026, with the start and finish at the Parque de la Estación de Dúrcal. The event, organised by the Town Council of Dúrcal and the Federación Andaluza de Deportes de Montaña, Escalada y Senderismo, has the collaboration of the Club de Montaña Cerro del Caballo. The routes run through the Sierra de Dúrcal and along the course of the Río Dúrcal, largely within the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada. The programme brings together the CxM-23K races, with 24.5 km and 1,420 m of elevation gain, and the CxM-11K, with 11.5 km and 644 m of elevation gain. Both use marked mountain trails, paths and tracks; the longer distance has a high technical difficulty. The organisers set up aid stations during the races and at the finish, and state that each participant must carry their own container.
