San Silvestre Trail de Pliego

The San Silvestre Trail de Pliego will take place on 26 December 2026, between Christmas and the end of the year. It is a short event with a festive local atmosphere that combines an urban section through the centre of Pliego with the climb up the hills surrounding the town, on the edge of Sierra Espuña, with trail and walk formats of approximately 10 kilometres. It is organised by Club Deportivo Portichuelo, with the collaboration of the Town Council of Pliego, the Asociación de Senderismo Solidario and the Federación de Atletismo de la Región de Murcia. The 10-kilometre race forms part of the Liga Trail-Running de la Región de Murcia 2026, and the programme includes youth promotion events. The start and finish are located in the Jardín de la Glorieta.
