Cursa Bacus

The Cursa Bacus 2026 is a popular event in Vilafranca del Penedès with a running and walk format over routes of 5 and 10 km. The regulations present it as an open date for everyone, with an accessible and festive approach, designed to be enjoyed running or walking in a signposted and controlled setting. The joint start takes place on Sunday 27 September, at 9:00 h, in a day that combines sport, family participation and club local atmosphere. The organisers provide a runner’s bag and race number, with an optional T-shirt for those who register before 18 September. There will be liquid refreshment stations on the route and, at the finish, liquid and solid refreshments; in addition, raffles are announced among the participants. WC and showers are also available at the municipal football ground. The walk does not require a chip, and registration remains open until 24 September at 17:00 h.
